This is a blend of two shots taken with slightly different exposures (to capture the vividness of the sunset while also keeping some definition in the quite spectacular clouds) and then just overlaid one on top of the other.   Home grown tiny tom tomatoes, with home grown sweet basil, a sprinkling of pepper and some garlic - about to go into the oven for twenty minutes. And damned tasty when they came out.   From our balcony, looking out across the Thames.
