This could well be any park in England.

But for all the canoodling Indians, the warm weather, the tropical plants, the implied permission to walk on the grass, the lack of police beagles being encouraged to sniff at your rude bits ... et cetera.   An almighty (but unidentified) bamboo, growing a few metres from a pond.  And loving it.  Desperately needs thinning out, though.   The Bangalore botanic gardens even has its own Japanese garden.   Attached to the botanic garden was this nursery.

The lower half of this sign reads:    The nursery at the botanic gardens.   An almighty pomegranate, who knows how old.  I estimate mine would take about 25 years to get to this size.  The 'edibles and herb garden' part of Adelaide's botanic gardens.
