Not the best shot, but one of the few I managed to take showing the popular 'side saddle, no helmet, pillion passenger' approach to motorbike riding in India. Often enough to be unsettling, you'd see three people on a bike - dad in the middle, mum hanging on to the back, and young'un up front. Just like in a field full of clover, you'd occasionally see a four-person moped and your toes would curl.   A night scene of the traffic in Pune. Scary stuff to someone from Sydney (but probably not quite as scary for someone from Melbourne).   The most tranquil dog I've ever seen (all the more surprising given the accident rate amongst dogs in India)   The delightfully decorated High Court of Karnataka.   The usual amount of traffic (with an unusual amount of gapage between vehicles).  This guy .. oh my. This guy had at some time thought it was easier to just wedge a new battery in to the footrest area of his moped, rather than replace the dead one. And when this new one died? The new-new one just got wedged on top of the old-new-dead one. Simply delightful.
