Chakchouka (a dish with a myriad spelling variations).

Using a 20cm cast iron frypan, which provides a good amount for two people when served with a side dish. These are duck eggs, a la HFW's River Cottage recipe.

Shown here just as it came out of the oven. Smells divine.  Chakchouka (a dish with a myriad spelling variations).

Served up with a few spoons of sauerkraut and a tasty broc/onion/bacon/mayo favourite.
