Our doughs rising nicely.   A raw pizza .. about to be cooked.   The pizza about to go into an oven - with a temperature of something around 400C. It'll be done in less than a minute and a half.   And lo - a perfectly cooked pizza.   I don't know what it is - but every time I get a photo taken of me in a kitchen I look fat. I also appear to have really mucked up the whole mixing of blue stripey garments.   All our soda breads .. possibly more soda breads than I'll ever see again (not a big fan, though I can understand the appeal).  Donuts - an unintentionally cookbook-cover style snap.
